Beginning March 25, 2022, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a streamlined COVID-19 question set for both adult and juvenile life insureds in both the Fast & Full™ Life (eHQ and PHI), Health and paper applications.  

The result is a simpler, shorter process that increases the probability of auto approved1 life applications when using the Fast & Full Life Application.

This enhancement is part of our commitment to increase underwriting approvals and improve policy issue times for fully underwritten life and health insurance applications. The new COVID-19 question set will also be available on paper applications.
