There’s no need to wait for paper confirmations any longer – you can now get immediate access to your clients’ segregated fund transaction confirmations via My Advisor Dashboard!
Simply log-in to your My Advisor Dashboard account and click on Transaction Confirmations under the Documents tab to view your clients’ transactions online.
As we continue our efforts to go green, paper copies will no longer be mailed to advisors in the MGA and National Account channels. These groups will continue to receive paper transaction confirmations for a limited number of investment products that remain on some of our older administrative systems, such as Group RRSPs, and investment policies managed under the EMP fund code.
Clients will continue to receive paper copies of their transaction confirmations by mail, and they will also be able to access them electronically via their MyEmpire account.
