We are pleased to introduce a new feature to help you advise and retain clients whose Empire Life policies have conversion privileges that are due to expire over the next 2 years. 

Now when you log into My Advisor Dashboard, you will see a new feature under the Insurance quick links called "Expiring Conversion Privileges":

This new feature will present you with a list of all your clients’ term life and critical illness policies¹ with expiring conversion privileges over the next two years (if you have any eligible client policies).

You can download a copy of the list in .csv format with information regarding product type, expiry date, face amount, premium, rating, age, sex and smoking status² that you can use to manage business development opportunities.

To access your list, please log in to My Advisor Dashboard using the button below.

Your list will be refreshed weekly, so please check back regularly for updates. We hope that you will take the opportunity to reach out to these clients to discuss their options for their current coverage now to avoid potentially higher renewal rates later. 

Note that due to current high volumes of new insurance applications, the current average time to issue for life conversions is approximately 35 workdays. We have been working hard to reduce time-to-issue and so far we have been prioritizing applications for new coverages. Once service levels for new applications have returned to normal, we expect to similarly reduce issue times for conversions.
