You can now quickly and easily update your clients’ primary addresses via My Advisor Dashboard!*
The newly added address change capability on My Advisor Dashboard allows you to make client address and phone number changes directly from the portal home page, by going to the “Quicklinks” section and clicking on “Update client address”.

Once submitted, you will see a confirmation screen that you can print out for your records.
Clients can also quickly and easily update their primary addresses themselves via the MyEmpire client portal.
An email will be sent to your clients letting them know of this new enhancement on the client portal. Click here to see the email that will be sent to your clients.
Encourage your clients to sign-up for the MyEmpire client portal today to make sure their primary address and phone number is accurate, or to make any changes if required.

You can view the status of a change you submitted by going to the Business Center.

Will I be notified of the address change my client submitted via the client portal?
Currently, we are not able to provide notifications of address changes submitted by clients. We are working on making this capability available in the future.
