Geoff joined Empire Life in 2004 as Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income and is primarily responsible for the management of fixed income investments for our general fund, which supports our annuity and insurance products, including participating life insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Bishop’s University. He has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Toronto CFA Institute.

As a Business Development Manager, Rados has been an integral part of the Empire Life team since 2019. Prior to joining Empire, Rados worked for some of the industry’s top firms in both advisor and advisor development roles since joining the industry in 2011. He is responsible for providing marketing, education and product support to key stakeholders and distribution partners. Furthermore, his support will specialize in the application of life insurance to various tax and estate planning sales strategies.
