As part of this offer, you may replace all or part of each existing Solution term life coverage with a different term life insurance coverage.^

You may convert all or part of your Solution term life coverage(s) under your current contract to an eligible whole life insurance product. 

 

If you do not want to take advantage of these options, your Solution 10 coverage will automatically renew at the scheduled premium rate as stated in your policy contract.

* Savings are the maximum difference between the scheduled first renewal premium(s) for existing Solution 10 term coverage(s), and the premiums for the new Solution 10 coverage(s) for the first 10-year term of the new coverage(s) based on the life insured’s age at the date of the client's offer letter. Savings may be less if the life insured is older at the time of replacement. Savings will be less if replacement occurs while current monthly premium(s) for existing Solution 10 term coverage(s) are still payable or after the first renewal premium(s) for existing Solution 10 term coverage(s) have been paid. 
** Offer available only for the first renewal of eligible Solution 10 coverages and if the application for the new coverage(s) is submitted not more than 3 months after the first renewal date. The coverage amount for each new Solution term coverage cannot exceed the coverage amount of the Solution 10 coverage being replaced. The initial premium for each new replacement term coverage applies to the first term of the new coverage only and will be based on the life insured’s age at the time of replacement. At the first and subsequent renewal dates for the new term coverage, the premium will increase.
