You can now submit life insurance applications for coverage up to $20 million. This increased insurance amount is available on all Solution term products, Non-PAR products (Term to 100, Solution 100®) and PAR Products (EstateMax® and Optimax Wealth®). With this change, we are pleased to be one of only a few carriers offering a Term to 100 product over $10M1.
Updated Underwriting Requirements: Empire Life has removed the Treadmill Stress Test (ECG/TM) requirement for life insurance face amounts up to $10 million. The ECG/TM remains required for face amounts from $10 million to $20 million.
NEW eVision Insurance IllustratorTM feature: Revised Total Death Benefit Reporting for PAR Products: This new feature results in an increase in total death benefit reporting on PAR products of up to 3%2 higher at age 85. This change impacts EstateMax and Optimax Wealth for the Paid-Up Additions (PUA) and enhanced dividend options.

Verify your Permissions, before we roll out multi-factor authentication
We want to ensure your team takes the necessary steps to retain their access to the Empire Life web-based platforms. Here is how you can prepare your team for the upcoming multi-factor authentication (MFA) rollout:
1) Ask every team member to register for an individual account so they don't experience any disruptions when accessing our platforms when MFA has been implemented.
2) Log in to the My Advisor Dashboard and navigate to My Profile to review your permissions listed in the table labelled ‘My advisor codes others can service.’
Update your clients’ addresses online via My Advisor Dashboard
Did you know that you can make client address and phone number changes directly from the My Advisor Dashboard home page by going to the “Business Support” section and clicking “Update Client Address”? Once submitted, you will see a confirmation screen that you can save for your records.
