You can now access all your client information and view real-time updates on My Advisor Dashboard.
No more redirects to the Business Centre: you can search for clients by name without leaving the Dashboard.
It's easy to use: Enter at least two letters of your client's name and hit "Search" to get a list of your clients.
Look up by postal code: You can now look for your inforce policies by postal code, making searching for multiple clients in one household easier.
Enhanced policy details: Client Search leverages the recently launched Policy Search, which provides more policy information than the Business Centre, including premium amounts per coverage, conversion expiry dates, beneficiary information, and more.
Use the new Client Search to save time and deliver exceptional client service with all the information you need at your fingertips.

The report ‘Upcoming RRSP to RRIF Conversions' in the Inforce Business Opportunities section on My Advisor dashboard lists your active RRSP (registered retirement savings plan) and LIRA (locked-in retirement account) clients turning 71 within the current calendar year. Please know that the deadline to submit conversions is December 7th, 2024. Use this list to reach out to clients with an upcoming conversion, discuss their needs, and provide them with options for their retirement planning. Reminder: Class Plus 2 and 2.1 closing to PADs; last chance for deposits into Class Plus 2.1
As a reminder, effective December 31, 2024, existing pre-authorized debits (PADs) into Class Plus 2 and 2.1 contracts will be discontinued, and Class Plus 2.1 will be also closed for all additional deposits. This means this will be the last chance for Class Plus 2.1 clients to make additional deposits of up to $25,000.
