Sources of income: We're adding a section for sources of income not related to the potential life insured's work (their annual earned income) to help increase straight through processing for cases, and for those cases referred to underwriting, it'll provide the additional information relevant to making the underwriting decision. 

'Help text tips': We've added additional 'help text tips' to provide examples of the different types of income that may need to be recorded. We're also adding this to the question on bankruptcy to clarify that it also includes consumer proposal. This will assist you with completing the application with your clients and to improve their experience.

Insurance History: We're changing this section to provide the following three distinct sections, also with the goal of helping increase straight through processing:

• Previous insurance applications with Empire Life
• Insurance applied for with any other companies in the last 6 months
• Insurance in force with any other company for more than 6 months

When you log in to the Fast & Full Life application on November 21st, this new release will already include the new experience and any saved applications will default to the latest version.
