When you log in to My Advisor Dashboard, you will now see a new feature under the Business Support quick links called Inforce Business Opportunities, and a new report Upcoming Term Renewals.

This new feature will give you a list of all your clients whose term or critical illness premium renewal date¹ is within the next 12 months (if you have any eligible client policies).

You can download this list with additional information, the policy details (policy number, issue date, conversion expiry date, product, annualized premium, face amount, renewal date) and client details (owner and insured name, age, sex at birth)² in .csv format. Your list will be refreshed weekly, so please check back regularly for updates.

Use this list to reach out to clients with a term renewal, discuss their needs and provide them with options to replace their policy (if they are healthy), convert their policy or renew their policy.

To access your list, please log in to My Advisor Dashboard using the button below.
