The June 2022 investment eStatements (electronic client statements) are now ready.
Clients who have signed up for eStatements will receive an email shortly asking them to log in to MyEmpire to download their statement. To encourage clients to sign up for this simple, fast and easy, environmentally-friendly option, please direct them to empire.ca/register.
Please note that if clients have not signed up for eStatements, they will continue to receive paper statements.
As a reminder, in an effort to go green, advisor copies of the statements are now 100% paperless, and are available from your My Advisor Dashboard.

Did you know?
As an Advisor, you can also update and change your client’s address online on My Advisor Dashboard! Simply check on the Forms & Applications menu at the top and click on the Update Client Address button and follow the instructions.
On MyAdvisor Dashboard, you can also:
- Update beneficiary changes easily using the online digital esignature form D-0017 under the Forms & Applications/ esignatures Form menu.
- See a list of expiring Insurance conversion privileges under the Insurance menu at the top. Check back often as the list is updated regularly.
- Check the status of new Insurance applications from the home page or even resume saved Fast & Full applications
- Access client, policy searches and other popular reports from the Business Centre
- Make segregated fund deposits online
