MyEmpire Client Policy Values

With our vision to be Canada's most convenient insurance and investment company, we continue to focus on improving the digital experience on the Empire Life portals.

In July, we announced that more policy details would be added to MyEmpire for your clients in the near future.  

We are pleased to announce that, effective today, MyEmpire shows your clients more details for Whole Life Insurance policies (Estatemax™, Optimax Wealth™ and others) and Universal Life Insurance policies (Trilogy™). New details include: 

  • policy cash values
  • dividend options and details
  • investment options and coverages (where applicable)
  • loan details (where applicable)

Whole Life Policies
For Whole Life policies, clients will now be able to see Total Cash Surrender Values and Total Policy Cash Values, including any paid-up additions, investment values including any side accounts, premium loans and the applicable interest rate.

Universal Life Policies
For Universal Life policies, clients will also be able to see Total Cash Surrender Values and Total Policy Cash Values, including any overflow account values, premium loans with the applicable interest rate, and surrender charges.

Trilogy policies now also include a direct link to 'View My Latest Annual Statement' with a summary of the transaction activities and more details on the investments, such as the rate of return on investments. 

Your clients can also see payment details, including the minimum and planned premiums, payment dates and frequency.

Have you logged in to My Advisor Dashboard recently?
Here are some of the top things you can do today:

1. Check the status of new Insurance applications from the home page or even resume saved Fast & Full applications

2. Change a client's address online

3. Access client, policy searches and other popular reports from the Business Centre

4. Make segregated fund deposits online

5. Make beneficiary changes online using the D-0017 eSignature form 

6. Make financial change requests online with the (NEW) C-0056 eSignature form
